The models

Dodge stands for big engines: the Durango SUV and the Challenger and Charger muscle cars. Currently in stock with us: Durango (1) and 1 other vehicle. You will find the RAM pickup, which used to be a Dodge as well, on the RAM page.

Durango1 in stock
The large SUV with three rows of seats and four-wheel drive. As the SRT it has a V8; at the top of the range is the supercharged Hellcat, which gets more than 700 hp out of 6.2 litres of displacement.

Dodge in Germany

Dodge has not sold new cars through its own dealers in Europe for years. If you want to drive a Durango, Challenger or Charger, you get the vehicle through an importer and then need a workshop that knows the technology.

You get both in one place with us: since 2002 we have brought vehicles over from the USA ourselves, and our workshop in Oppin services them. If you are looking for a particular Dodge that is not in stock, talk to us. We will tell you beforehand what can be sourced and what it costs.

Durango, Challenger, Charger: which one suits whom

The Durango is the Dodge for families and trailers: three rows of seats, four-wheel drive and enough room for luggage. As the SRT, it combines all this with a V8 that would suit a sports car more than an SUV.

The Challenger and the Charger are the cars Dodge is known for. The Challenger is a two-door coupé; until 2023, the Charger was a four-door saloon with a boot big enough for a holiday. Both were available with a V8 and rear-wheel drive, and the most powerful versions with a supercharger.

Buying used: what matters

With a used Dodge, the same things count as with any vehicle, only with more weight behind them: a complete service history, the condition of the brakes and tyres and a clean fault memory. With vehicles from the USA, there is also the question of whether the lighting and papers are right for registration in Germany.

If you like, we will inspect a vehicle from our stock together with you in the workshop before you buy. We tell you what we notice before you sign.

Large displacement, honestly costed

1 Dodge in stock has at least five litres of displacement. In Germany, vehicle tax is based on displacement and CO₂ emissions, so a large V8 costs correspondingly more. We work out tax, insurance and fuel consumption for your vehicle before you buy.

You can save on fuel: the HEMI V8 engines have port injection and are well suited to running on liquefied petroleum gas with an LPG system. If you drive a lot, the savings on your fuel bill pay back the cost of the conversion.

Workshop for Dodge

Servicing, HU/AU (the German roadworthiness and emissions test), brakes, air conditioning, tyres, bodywork and paint: our workshop takes care of what a Dodge needs in everyday use. We source genuine parts.

On high-performance vehicles such as the Durango SRT, brakes and tyres wear faster than on an ordinary SUV. We check them at every service and tell you in good time what is due.

Purchase, test drive and directions

For buyers resident in Germany, we arrange finance and leasing through our partner banks, with no deposit if you wish. We accept your current vehicle in part exchange.

For a test drive, please call ahead: +49 34604 348-0, Mon–Fri 7:30–17:00, Sat 9:00–12:00 (sales only). The dealership is in Oppin, part of the town of Landsberg, on the A14 motorway near Halle (Saale). You will find more American brands on the US cars page.

What customers ask about Dodge

Can you buy a new Dodge in Germany?

Not through Dodge’s own dealers; there have been none in Europe for years. New Dodge vehicles come to Germany through importers. We have imported them ourselves since 2002.

What does a Dodge with a V8 cost to run?

Fuel is the main cost, followed by tax and insurance, which rise with displacement and CO₂ emissions. We work out all three for your vehicle before you buy. An LPG system reduces fuel costs considerably.

Can a Dodge be converted to LPG?

The HEMI V8 engines are well suited to it because they have port injection. We check in the workshop beforehand whether it suits your vehicle and pays off for your mileage.

How many seats does the Dodge Durango have?

The Durango has three rows of seats, with six or seven seats depending on the version. The third row is well suited to children and shorter journeys.

Does your workshop also service Dodge vehicles?

Yes. Servicing, HU/AU, brakes, air conditioning, tyres, bodywork and paint, plus genuine parts. American vehicles have been our focus since 1992.

Can I test drive a Dodge?

Yes, by prior arrangement on +49 34604 348-0. On Saturdays, our sales department is open from 9:00 to 12:00.
